What age group does A2S Physio cater to?
A2S Physio specializes in training young athletes, specifically those between the ages of 12 and 18. Our programs are tailored to meet the developmental needs of this age group, focusing on both athletic and personal growth.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that schedules can change, so we offer flexible cancellations. You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 8 hours before its start time without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the session are subject to a cancellation fee.
What types of training programs do you offer?
We offer a variety of training programs including group sessions, individual coaching, and specialized clinics focusing on different aspects of sport performance.
What measures do you take to ensure safety during training?
The health and safety of our athletes are paramount. All training sessions are conducted in compliance with current health guidelines. Our equipment is sanitized after every session, and we ensure that all training methods are safe and effective under the guidance of our certified trainer.
What should I bring to my first session?
Athletes should bring comfortable athletic wear, appropriate footwear, and water bottle. We provide all other necessary training equipment.
Are parents allowed to watch the training sessions?
Parents are welcome to watch training sessions from designated viewing areas. We believe in transparency and are happy to have parents involved in observing how we train and support their children.
